  • Customer requests a new loan against policy through a call centre person, branch employee, or website.
  • Agent scans the form and required documents and upload it in the system.
  • AI/ML model based data extraction by GIBots system like Original Insurance Policy, Deed of Assignment, Payment Receipt for the Loan Amount etc.
  • Task creation & Rules based classification and verification of Insurance plan as Endowment Plan, Money back policy etc. carried out Task moves to agent & legal team for further verification and approval.
  • Staged Verification depending upon loan amount for approved cases takes place, followed by disbursement – in case of verified cases. The bot then pulls the loan data received in Loan Processing System and transcribes it into the other core banking systems.

Cheque Signature Matching

  • Scanned cheque and customer signature available in the Bank system to be matched by the bots.
  • Cleaning up of signature image to remove noise (dots, watermark, smudge, printed text)
  • Providing matching percentage after comparing the images provided
